CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS
1. HOW TO ENTER & ELIGIBILITY

Through www.thewineshops.com by entering your details into the contest web form.
Contest runs from April 29 to June 2, 2024 at 11:59PM.
No purchase necessary. To be eligible, entry must be received on or before end of contest closing date and you must be a resident of Ontario, 19 years of age or older. No other form of participation accepted. Entrants are only permitted to make a single submission into the contest per entry method. Duplicate entries, or near duplicate entries, will result in disqualification. Multiple posts of the same entry will not be accepted. Employees of Andrew Peller Limited are not eligible for the prize.
By accepting these Contest Rules, entrants agree to any and all liability related to this contest by The Wine Shop and is limited to the value of the Prize(s) as defined hereinafter.
2. THE PRIZE
There will be one (1) prize package awarded. The winner will receive the following:
Total prize value: $360
Prize must be accepted as awarded and with no substitutions, is/are not transferable unless set out in the Contest Rules and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift card is redeemable at any Andrew Peller Ltd property or online on affiliate websites. Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of a Prize with a Prize of equivalent value if such prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
3. THE DRAW
A random draw for the Prize will take place on June 3rd, 2024 by a Andrew Peller Ltd. representative. Selected entrants will be notified by e-mail. If the selected entrants do not respond within three (3) business days, one (1) phone call attempt will be made to contact that winner. If the selected entrants do not respond to the one (1) phone call attempt or if the selected entrants do not meet any of the contest requirements, another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Winners must reside within Ontario and provide a valid shipping address.
4. PRIVACY
By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for publicity purposes in all media used byThe Wine Shop, without payment or compensation. Entrants agree to The Wine Shop’s use of the entrants’ personal information that may include contacting you regarding limited time offers, promotional offers and/or surveys.
5. OTHER
All entries become the property of The Wine Shop. The Wine Shop assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged entries. The Wine Shop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this contest without prior notice. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Entries submitted by unauthorized means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that an entry has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these rules and/or an entrant has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these rules, the entrant and all his/her entries will be disqualified. Entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decisions of the contest judges, which are final. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree that you won’t be paid for your Entry or receive any form of compensation from The Wine Shop for your Entry, and that The Wine Shop shall have the right to display your Entry whenever and wherever required for The Wine Shops’ purposes.
You warrant and represent that you own all rights to your Entry. You hereby waive all intellectual property rights, privacy/publicity rights and other legal and moral rights that might preclude The Wine Shop or its affiliate’s use of your Entry, and you agree not to sue or assert any claim against The Wine Shop for the use of your Entry or your Likeness or statements.
