CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS 1. HOW TO ENTER & ELIGIBILITY Ways to enter: Through the web link by entering your details (name and email) into the contest web form. Contest runs January 31 to February 12, 2023 at 11:59PM. No purchase necessary. To be eligible, entry must be received on or before end of contest closing date. To be eligible, you must be an Ontario resident 19 years of age or older. No other form of participation accepted. Entrants are only permitted to make a single submission into the contest per entry method. Duplicate entries, or near duplicate entries, will result in disqualification. Multiple posts of the same entry will not be accepted. Employees of Andrew Peller Limited are not eligible for the prize. By accepting these Contest Rules, entrants agree to that any and all liability related to this contest by Trius Winery is limited to the value of the Prize(s) as defined hereinafter. 2. THE PRIZE There will be one (1) prize package awarded. Winner will receive the following: Riedel ‘Black Tie Bliss’ Decanter $100 Andrew Peller Ltd. Gift Card Total prize value: $450 Prize must be accepted as awarded and with no substitutions, is/are not transferable unless set out in the Contest Rules and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of a Prize with a Prize of equivalent value if such prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. 3. THE DRAW A random draw for the Prize will take place on February 13th, 2023 by Andrew Peller Ltd. representative. Selected entrant will be notified by e-mail. If the selected entrant does not respond within three (3) business days, one (1) phone call attempt will be made to contact that winner. If the selected entrant does not respond to the one (1) phone call attempt or if the selected entrant does not meet any of the contest requirements, another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Winner must provide Ontario shipping address in order to receive the prize. 4. PRIVACY By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for publicity purposes in all media used by Trius Winery, without payment or compensation. Entrants agree to Trius’s use of the entrants’ personal information that may include contacting you regarding limited time offers, promotional offers and/or surveys. 5. OTHER All entries become the property of Trius Winery. Trius Winery assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged entries. Trius Winery reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this contest without prior notice. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Entries submitted by unauthorized means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that an entry has been made in an manner not sanctioned by these rules and/or an entrant has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these rules, the entrant and all of his/her entries will be disqualified. Entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decisions of the contest judges, which are final. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you won’t be paid for your Entry or receive any form of compensation from Trius Winery for your Entry, and that Trius Winery shall have the right to display your Entry whenever and wherever required for Trius Winery’s purposes. You warrant and represent that you own all rights to your Entry. You hereby waive all intellectual property rights, privacy/publicity rights and other legal and moral rights that might preclude Trius Winery or its affiliate’s use of your Entry, and you agree not to sue or assert any claim against Trius Winery for the use of your Entry or your Likeness or statements.
